Examples of groups menu

Menus are created specially for
groups of more than 20 persons and are from 25 €/person every day except
sundays and public hollidays and, from 35 €/person on sundays and public hollidays.
Each part of the meal suggest several choices,
one must be selected for all the whole people,
when booking is definitive.




Spring/Summer season Starter to select among :
- Jardin du curé au pesto de persil plat
- Carpaccio de fenouil cru au citron et fromage blanc
- Aubergine marinée à la menthe et marjolaine

Course to select among :
- Poularde à la crème d'estragon
- Veau glacé au thon et câpres au plantain corne de cerf
- Curry de porc et risotto safrané

Dessert to select among :
- Terrine de fraises au jus de myrtilles
- Pain perdu aux fruits




Automn season Starter to select among :
- Oignons doux caramélisés au four, ventrêche et vinaigrette de persil plat
- Farci de belle de Fontenay au saumon et crème d'aneth
- Terrine de pot au feu à la sauce gribiche

Course to select among :
- Porc en croûte de basilic et pommes grenaille
- Sauté de veau aux câpres et fenouil au citron
- Poularde farcie en portefeuille de verdure

Dessert to select among :
- Poire pochée au vin rouge et épices
- Rôtie de pain perdu au miel
- Tarte au chocolat noir et caramel

Drinks including in the menu :
- 1/4 de vin rouge, blanc ou rosé, ou 1/2L d'eau minérale
- Café

Possible supplements :
- le kir ou le jus de fruit en appéritif : 3 €/person in supplement
- Le fromage de chèvre : 3 €/person in supplement

Payments :
A cheque, representing a deposit of 50 % of the total amount, is made payable to Prieuré Notre-Dame d'Orsan when the booking is made. If the cancellation is made in the week preceding the day on which the meal has been booked, the cheque is retained by the prieuré d'Orsan.
Since the groupe menus are specially made to order, the number of meal prepared and to be paid for corresponds to the number of meals ordered when the booking was made.
