Herbs, fruits and vegetables from our gardens, meat and cheese from the bestiary of our pasture-lands, honey from the flowers growing in our meadow and gardens.In the restaurant La Table d'Orsan, taste and appreciate a food from the meadows and gardens, in a setting of white wood and natural stones.Vegetarians and organic product's lovers will be showered. At La Table d'Orsan, the history of the plants and condiments is counted through dishes which have evolved over the seasons, just like the gardens, long way from the more formal approach of certain schools of cooking and much closer to the meals shared with a gathering of friends. |
| Travel through the Berry, the Table d'Orsan give you a chance to savour the aromas of wines of Sancerre, Menetou Salon, Reuilly, Quincy or Châteaumeillant, all of which reveal the ever-changing flavours of the Sainte Maure, Pouligny Saint Pierre, Chavignol ou Valençay variety of cheeses. |
