Our small size and geographic isolation means that all cancellations significantly affect our business
and possibilities of replacement bookings ar slight.
Thus the following conditions are necessary :
Booking and confirmation
If you want to book a room, we need :
- a confirmation by email or fax
- on the same email or fax, your credit card numbers (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), the expiry date and the
3 last numbers behind the card.
Authorization
When you give your credit card numbers, you authorize the Booking Service of La Maison d'Orsan to retail and
credit in the general conditions.
Deposit
Firm bookings are only guaranted on receipt of a 50 % deposit of total reservation costs. The deposit is
deducted from your account at the end of your stay.
The deposit payment by credit card is an immediate processing.
Cancellation
According to french law all booking deposits remain definitively vested.
Cancellation 21 days in advance
Nevertheless, if you cannot keep your reservation, and only if the hotel is notified in writing by fax or
e-mail, the deposit is returned.
Cancellation between 8 and 21 days in advance
In the event of cancellation between 8 and 21 days before the arrival, the deposit is integrally concerved.
Cancellation less than 8 days in advance
The cancellation less than 8 days in advance before your date of expected departure will incur an account of
a 50% appointed stay in half-board as compensation as well as the loss of deposit calculated on the
entirety booked stay.
Interruption to a stay
If you not previously notified 72 hours before your date of expected departure, all interruptions to your stay
will incur an account equalling a 50% appointed stay in half-board as compensation as well as the loss of
deposit calculated on the entirety booked stay not consumed.
No show
All "no show" will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking and the invoicing of 50 % appointed stay
in half board as compensation as well as the loss of deposit calculated on the entirely booked stay.
The "no show" is effective from 7 pm.
Half board
The tariffs are in half-board, per day and per person. The half board includes the breakfast and the dinner
(within the vines)
Pets
Pets are not welcomed in the hotel.
Late arrival
If you wish to come after 7 pm, please tell us in advance. All late arrival after 7 pm will be considered as
no show. Any arrival after 11 pm will be accepted.
Your accomodation will be ready to welcome you from 3.30 pm. On the day of your departure please vacate
your room by 11.30 AM.

Annulation à plus de 21 jours
La date peut être modifiée.
Annulation à moins de 21 jours
Aucune modification de date n'est possible. En cas de non venue, le forfait est considéré comme consommé.
