The master gardener Gilles Guillot will pass on his secrets of gardening and his know-how. Elected best gardener of France, he works on the gardens of Orsan since their creation. For an initiation or an improvement in gardening, the gardening workshops of Orsan will teach you how to make more attractive your garden daily... Because of the success of the gardening workshops of Orsan, this year, several sessions are planned in november (all in french). A beautifull way to finish the season with the prieuré d'Orsan.

© Prieuré d'Orsan   Orsan is well-known for the wood used in its gardens. Slats, pickets, stakes are used for structures wich composed plessis, bariers and fences. With others like creepers of clematis, grape vine, branchs of willow tree and hazelnut tree, you can create many details to make more attractive your garden. Archway and arbour, knot in wicker and more again ... How to create these constructions in wood, choice of materials, technics, ... To create natural, practical, aesthetic decorations. Learn how to form and prune climbing roses, according to the master gardener Gilles Guillot. You apply his advices immediately on the roses of Orsan. Illness, deficiencies and lesions are treated in the end of the workshop.
